Meal Plans


COMMUNITY GUEST CARDS

Guest Cards are prepaid vouchers that can be purchased by community groups for use at Arizona Dining locations during your event. The Meal Plans office can help determine the appropriate spending amount per person for the duration of your event. Guest Card Request Forms can be downloaded below. Completed request forms can be submitted to the Meal Plans Office at su-mealplan@arizona.edu for each event.

Guest Card Request and Billing Guidelines

A Guest Card Request Form must be submitted to the Meal Plans Office (MPO) for each event. All information must be completed including Contact Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and Billing Address. Please allow 3-5 business days for typical orders. Requests for over 1,000 cards may take 4-6 weeks to fulfill.

Guest Cards will be active for the duration of the event (event duration may not exceed one week). Once the recipient has the card, its use is not monitored and unused funds are forfeited at the end of the event period. You will receive an invoice from our AR department that can be paid by credit card or check. Guest Cards are not eligible for refunds or extension. Guest Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Unused or returned conference cards should be brought to MPO for reuse and recycling.
